We offer a highly competitive benefits package.  Just some of our benefits include:

Medical Insurance: Employees have a choice of several plans to best fit them and their families' needs and budgets. Mott contributes towards the premium cost in order to provide affordable coverage for all employees.

Dental Insurance: Employees can also purchase dental insurance which covers a percentage of services up to a maximum dollar amount each plan year. Mott contributes towards the premium cost of dental insurance.

Life Insurance: Mott pays 100% of premium cost for life insurance for every full-time employee at one times their annual base salary. We also offer the option for employees to purchase additional life insurance for themselves, their spouse, and their children.

Disability Insurance: Mott provides all full-time employees with both short-term and long-term disability insurance at no cost to the employee. The insurance pays up to 60% of an employee's salary when they are unable to work.

Medical & Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts: Employees can contribute money pre-tax to a flex spending account to use as designated for either medical expenses or dependent care expenses.

401(k) Plan: Mott Corporation employees can enroll in a 401(k) plan in which the company may match sixty cents on the dollar up to 6% of the employee's contribution.

Vacation & Holidays: Mott offers 10 paid holidays and earned paid time off every month based on years of service.

Educational Assistance: Mott's education reimbursement program provides up to 100% of the cost of tuition and books for pre-approved programs and courses based on the grade achieved in the course.

Other Benefits: Mott also offers paid Funeral/Bereavement Leave, Employee Training, Safety Shoes and Glasses Reimbursement program, access to an Employee Assistance Program, 529 College Fund, Worker's Compensation Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance, and Service Awards.
